I have this itching and pain in my anus. I have done a colonoscopy that came back normal. Please can anyone help with any hospital in the east where I can do an anoscopy or better still a High Resolution Anoscopy to diagnose my anal itching and pain.

Nooo, multiple biopsies taken showed I have low grade precancer cells. And colon/rectal surgeons i have met do not know how to treat it, they have never even heard of high resolution anoscopy. One suggested removing the anus entirely, which is very extreme. I came across a research paper that conducted the required procedure from
nigeria institute of virology, I have been trying to contact them without success.

Started taking papillex multivamin (specially formulated for HPV and its symptoms), and eat two to one miracle leaf with a glass of water every other day in the morning before breakfast. The urinalysis I did last month showed a ph of 8.0 which is very alkaline. The symptoms have stopped but I noticed the come back when I use my phone for a long period of time. Making adjustments and hoping for the best.
