UPDATE: Special Adviser on Works and Infrastructure, Engr Aramide Adeyoye, this morning visited the Awoyaya Axis of the Epe Expressway together with Several Stakeholders like Craneburg Construction, Lekki Estate Resident Association (LERSA) and others, in response to the complains about the construction work ongoing on the expressway (from Eleko to Abraham Adesanya).

Representative of LERSA says they are always on ground to monitor and give feedback to both residents and Govt, he appeals to commuters to be patient on that axis and follow the laid down rules for the work to move smoothly.

Project Manager, Craneburg Construction says the Eleko to Epe Road construction is already done even before schedule and this current construction of Eleko back to Abraham Adesanya has started too. He appeals to motorists for patience and following of the traffic rules and diversions.

The Reconstruction of Eti Osa Epe Expressway (Eleko to Epe T-Junction) which was started by the Administration of Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu is almost done and the 2nd Phase of the Project which is ‘Eleko Junction back to Abraham Adesanya’ has started and will be delivered too

They should expand the road from lakowe to awoyaya, the early morning traffic is terrible

Imagine early morning you meet a lot of workers in junctions as if they were chase away from home

Bogije junction very terrible, Lakowe very bad, Awoyaya very dangerous, Ologunfe very critical

Selfish interest, how. Even if he would have done it in his 2nd tenure, Sanwoolu is already doing it in his first tenure, so how is it selfish interest again.

You guys like wahala ehnnn. That's how Obi was about causing war by proving on camera that if he doesn't win, igbos will leave Lagos, it will greatly affected Yorubas, and Yorubas will suffer. Imagine.

God bless JANDOR for teaching them how to do the right thing.

LAGOSIAN JANDOR is coming.

He needs to come quickly and rescue 20 million Lagosians from Thiefnuibu's rogue ways of looting them senselessly for 23 years. IGR o, allocation o, even loan sef Ógbéni Ojuyóbó just dey pack everything for inside bullion vans on Bourdillon while children can't all go to free schools with enough teachers.
Iru wahala wo ni awón ara Eko ko ara won si lati 1999?
See how Makinde has changed Oyo from the wasted years of constipated authority Ajimobi?

Some days ago, I was at a secondary school in Surulere (across the bridge from the Island) in Lagos for a friend's event where he is educating secondary students about the perils of peer pressure. I honestly wasn't expecting what I saw as the state of this secondary school.
It left me wondering if this was a school or a dump yard. Why in heaven's name are Nigerian leaders looking the other way while the young ones study in this sorry environment?

The attached pictures are what I saw. This is no secondary school. It's a hopeless shanty. I hope this gets to front page and attracts the necessary attention.

Road to my home town. Great job by the Lagos State government but they need to fix the road from Eleko to Ajah ASAP.
The traffic was so bad that I had to go through Ijebu Ode to Lagos to get back to the airport.
That's not good look for the State govt, the average person in that area is going through hell right now.
Why start road construction if you are not going to be working day and night to complete the job especially in such a crowded environment.
