Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering + 1-2 years’ experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Offering back up support at sales sites to avoid downtime
• Troubleshooting potential problems
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the equipment and how it may suit the customers better than competitive products
• Provide pre sales /technical assistance and product education
• Arrange and carry out product training
• Liaising with technical partners on resolving issues with equipment sold to customers
• Anchoring after sales services to customers for equipment supplied
