Yesterday afternoon, I got a call to come over to the bank...the guy was trying to make a transfer but he couldn't which warranted him to go to the bank...
The customer care told me he has 80% of the money in his account that with my consent, they'll unfreeze it and pay me or I can wait till it's complete and take all... they were certain because it's a salary account... money must enter.

Though the guy pleaded with me to be paying 20k monthly buy omooorr I don't think I'll have such patience. The bank told him to be paying the 20k into his account till it completes.

since it is a salary account, take the 80% asap (NO concession) and if he doesnt pay the balance of what he owes you, have the bank freeze his account again.....

Anyways, how did you play the ball in your court because if I were you, I'd collect the 80% available in his account and make him pay the remaining 20% ASAP.

Kudos to Access Bank on this one, but at times, some bank staffs are the actual fraudsters we are talking about here.....

But eco bank has freezes my account since March and I sent back the 6k and yet till now they refused to unfreeze my account despite consent letter and my identification card sent to them. Even they don’t respond to mails from their branch at all. If any eco bank staff read this may you all die untimely death

Eco bank is the worst. Since March they have refused to unfreeze my account and still want to hold my remaining last 30K in my account saying it is erroneous transfer I said from whom? They refused to comment or reply. Even the the headquarters of eco bank don’t respond to their staff at their bank.

All Eco bank staff does is to chat with free wifi amongst themselves and be roasting themselves. They will say it’s erroneous transfer so that they can transfer the money and keep within themselves they are thieves and will all die untimely death

If all banks continue this way, fraud will actually reduce.

Collect what the scammer have now and put his account on restrictions till he complete the balance

This can only happen in the North. You see how things work in the North. The Court you approached is in Kano and the access Bank that helped you recover your money is in Kano too.

This is almost impossible, if it were in the South and if it were in the EAST, just forget your money. Cause you can never recover your money from there.
