Have you noticed that non of Dwayne Johnson's movie have x-rated scenes... his movies are rated very high across the world, check Indian movies too... or movies by Tyler Perry... they are all clean. So I don't believe that sex in movies makes it sell.

nudity was part and parcel of our culture before the advent of the whites . And don’t you all agree that we should embrace our culture? Even in some villages, old women expose their breasts freely . Modern day civilization also supports nudity so u don’t have a point. Besides the nudity in the movie is moderate .

The movie to me is 10/10. Most of you just love unnecessary criticism and funnily enough most critics are below average in their fields of study.

You don't get how the entertainment industry work do you ?.. the nude scenes ain't for you but for the western audience that like to watch something original and unique that's why most of naija movies nowadays are on Netflix ,

Lol...oga I have an active Netflix subscription on my phone. Netflix can be also accessed Africans...stop sounding as if Africans are restricted from Netflix. Besides no British or American would want to watch a meaningless African movie where the actors try to copy their accent...they'll prefer something more African if possible with our home language portraying our culture.

Look at squid game and money heist...How many sex scenes were in them, yet those movies even though they didn't speak English were generally accepted all over the world thanks to the creativity of the producers.

My point is Nigerian producers lack creativity. You don't have to resort to sex to gain the audience of foreign viewers, a great storyline can still win you awards.

Those early years of Nollywood movies had almost zero sex scenes, yet Nigerians still prefer the creativity of the producers then to what we have today where our actors and actresses speak fake American accent, kiss and make out in almost every scene making it practically impossible for viewers to even understand what the movie is all about.

I wasn't particularly referring to this movie. I was talking about Nollywood in general and how producers lack the creativity to come up with fascinating story lines...Read my previous posts.

This movie was just a platform for me to air my views about Nollywood and how the Nigerian populace have lost interest in them.

In the early 2000s American musicians controlled the Nigerian music industry. Musicians like Cisco, Usher, 50 cent, Snoop, Buster Rhymes, Sean Paul, Nelly, Wyclef (diallo)...etc. those guys made millions from Nigeria. But today our home artists have blasted them out of existence. I doubt if any Nigerian can name 10 American rappers. This was achieved by the hard work and dedication of our local artist.

I want Nollywood to rise to the level where Nigerians would prefer them to Hollywood. And getting to that level isn't by acting nude scenes, it's by hard work.
