Then they hire buses to move the crowds

Then they pay for foods and drinks

Then they pay for the venues

They would also pay the police to provide protection

They would also pay the road safety officers to be present

Then they pay area boys to remain calm and not disrupt the rally

Then they pay the rain doctors.
