Am confus nd dnt knw wot else 2do,
I've been using wrong date of birth in my important documents 4 dis long wit out knwin but later find it(mean my birth certificate tour nd dirty) only 2discover my actual date of birth, month nd year, Pls help on,
1. Hw 2get a new nd clean one in place of it.
2.Wia nd hw 2correct d mistakes dat've made concernin my documents,

not an expert on this, bt i think what u need to do is visit a court and swear to an affidavit. Not sure
