You couldn't tell how the tweet fits into Tinubu's aspiration. If you ask me, it fits Atiku better. Five times presidential contender. A benefactor to El-rufai who might be courting his support for next year while El-rufai believes it is in the interest of the Northern govs for power to move south.
There's nothing in this tweet pointing at Tinubu except your own bias.
That's why you can't give a coherent reason except his Twitter was active for Buhari in 2015 and 2019. What does that have to do with the tweet?

If I understand you, El-rufai believes Tinubu should stop campaigning because Atiku has a higher chance of winning and Tinubu is in poor health right?
If so, that will mean el-rufai is a bad politician because he was one of those who supported Tinubu's presidential bid through APC primaries. I don't think El-rufai will be so disillusioned as a politician to throw in the towel when the race has not even begun
