A runoff between Peter Obi and Atiku will determine who wins the president come 2023.

Peter Obi and Atiku will emerge the top two but none will have 25% spread needed in 2/3 of 36 states.

INEC will then conduct another round of election between Peter Obi and Atiku.

While it'd immediately become a game of regions, it'll still favour Obi. The South would see to it that power returns to the region. The core North on the other hand would be moved to vote their own having possibly voted for Obi or Tinubu in the main election.

But the twist would be that even though a regional identity would be created in the hearts of Northerners, NC/Middle Belt would tilt towards Obi having suffered so much under the Muslim Buhari.

Tinubu is the next president people should not bother themselves.
