In Onitsha, there are one-way touts that collet money from motorists that drive one way. There are touts that collect money when you walk across some drainages where planks are placed across.

In Anambra, highway touts work twenty four hours. There are teenagers of school age among them. Touting is a big industry in Anambra state.

Next time obidients call Lagos home of touts, kindly remind them that, Anambra, the home state of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, is a den of touts.

All the touts in SE and Lagos pale into insignificance when compared to the touts in Ibadan.

But Anambra has many civil touts and big belly touts.
