the incident happened today 16th of August in front of odogunyan PHCN office ikorodu, Lagos staste, the driver who was stopped by VIO complied and was accused that his car was not suppose to be on the road, the driver was scared and he decided to hide under the car which is a pick up vehicle, the VIO tried all they could to get the guy out from underneath the car but all effort proved abortive they even tried to push the car so that it can somersault but the gut won't let go of the car under, the police came and harassed the guy but he didn't come out, the army arrived and started beating the guy they used a big stick to beat him at his joints , when the people wanted to stop the beaten they shot up and the pple scattered , the guy didn't come out and they broke his car glass, at last the guy came out and was dragged on the floor to the nearest security post. the guy was hiding under holding on to the car because the car was his last hope and he could imagine the money he would pay when they take the car to the vio office.
