Re: Strike: by Ebubu: 8:03am On Oct 07, 2022 |
dex4sure: appeal court will urge them to settle out of court or rule in favor of FG that is uphold the ruling of industrial court which urge ASUU to resume lectures in interest of students, parents, education stakeholders, small business owners around campuses, while the industrial court cases continue. the appeal court will never strike out the ruling of industrial court, that means appeal court want strike to continue to the loss of students, parents, small business owners around campuses, education stakeholders. out of court or upholding of industrial court is what i expect, at worst, they’ll postpone the judgement. 1 Like |
