Whether you like it or not Obi will be your president come next year, you better run now to Benin republic.

First of all, some of the closest members of the current Obi's Presidential Team like his former Chief of Staff (Oseloka) is following any where he goes now.

Also, some others who served with him have openly been interviewed and even come live on Twitter spaces in support of him e.g his former Commisioner of Finance and also Head of Service. A lot of these persons were professionals who didnt steal, were not miserable hand-ons and just returned to their former jobs before they served under Obi(unlike those Thieves around Tinubu and Atiku who needs Govt money and patronage to survive).

It's not true. Oseloka Obaze, Prof Okunna and co are working. Many of his men are still in APGA and the PDP. They will do the damage from within.

.The reason is very simple. Labour party before now was not widely known and supported until the emergence of Obi as it's flag bear. By implication,his former aids are possibly members of other political parties with presidential candidates and are supposed to owe allegiance to their parties. But don't be surprised that a lot of his former aids in other political parties will definitely work underground for him thereby causing damages to their present political parties.

Because he did not run his administration like a monarchy, where himself and family control the whole of Anambra state resources. Besides Oseloka Obaze was his appointee.

This argument doesn't hold water. When politicians leave a party they move with their loyalists. First, Obi leaving APGA alone means he had no loyalists in APGA. Second, it also means those party members he appointed as commissioners, etc didn't really believe in him. If they did, they would have even moved into the PDP with him. Does it also mean Obi only appointed party members as commissioners, advisers, etc? If NO, why are those who didn't have any strong attachment to a party not also coming out to campaign for him?

Because he strengthen and empowered institutions during his tenure and not friends, family, associates, godsons....
