Why Does Putin Think Ukrainia Is Defeated? by Awesometouch1: 4:15am On Oct 14, 2022 |
Vladimir Putin can see that the Ukrainian counter-offensives are bearing fruit and that the Russian army is weak. Putin is not blind, but he had to do something to try to reverse the balance of power. He has therefore precipitated illegal annexation referendums to try to secure four Ukrainian oblasts behind Russian nuclear weapons. The problem is that Russia does not have control over these oblasts. Thus, Putin annexed four territories that he does not even control ... It borders on the ridiculous, but this is what Putin is reduced to! No one has recognized this illegal annexation by Putin, not even China or Iran. That's why Putin is more and more isolated in his war in Ukraine. Putin will not use nuclear weapons in my opinion, because that would bring him even closer to his downfall. If he wants to win this war, he will have to do it conventionally, but all indications are that his army will not have the capacity. Putin's back is against the wall, and one can now wonder if he will resist the humiliating defeat that awaits the Russian army! 1 Like
