Nigerian Government Shouldn't Twist Appeal Court Ruling On IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu – Falana Falana warned that the President Muhammadu Buhari led-Nigerian government should not twist the judgment of Court of Appeal on Nnamdi Kanu. Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, has warned that the Nigerian government’s argument that there are pending charges against the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, at the Federal High Court was a "contemptuous mockery" of the Court of Appeal's judgment which is binding on all authorities. https://saharareporters.com/2022/10/14/nigerian-government-shouldnt-twist-appeal-court-ruling-ipob-leader-nnamdi-kanu-falana

Abubakar Malami our supposedly Attorney General and Minister of Justice needs to re-enroll at the Nigerian Law school for a fresh legal studies. It is obvious that his quota system education is not suitable for modern day justice system. We are calling on the NBA ably led by Olumide Apata to do the needful. De-recognise this imposter as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

"In its judgment delivered yesterday the Court of Appeal dismissed the remaining 7-count charge and discharged Mr. Kanu on the main ground that his rendition in Kenya had rendered the entire proceedings in the Federal High Court illegal under the Nigerian Constitution and under international law. Consequently, the Court of Appeal ordered Mr. Kanu's immediate and unconditional release from the custody of the State Security Service. Meaning that even if the FG wakes up tomorrow to file more charges, as long as they NEVER HAPPENED AFTER HIS RENDITION TO NIGERIA, then the charges are a mockery of the judiciary. 1 Like |

Even Ozekhome was not this brazen except this is just Sowore doing his thing. The judgement was on rendition and Falana or Saharareporters avoided it. I expect that the judgement copy will be out soon and we all see. The court must get justice for the victims of his violent rhetorics! 9 Likes

FreeStuffsNG: May be you dont read well. The judgement declared that the courts in Nigeria had no jurisdiction to try Nnamdi Kanu because the government violated local and international law by illegally abducting and forcibly bringing Nnamdi Kanu to Nigeria to stand trial As it stands, the Nigerian government can no longer try Nnamdi Kanu in any court in Nigeria 4 Likes |

A government full of nitwits and charlatans. Some of the people in that government including the bimbo of a president, are not qualified to run a Town Union under a normal environment. Quota system wrecks and tribal champions. 1 Like |
