akagbosuj: Hello, It depends on your vision and capital outlay. You also need to consider location, premises and clientele. Machines are available everywhere it's the maintenance and consumables that's the issue I'm assuming from your question you're not a biomedical scientist or doctor. You should also partner with a doctor and or a BMSto decide what to offer etc. the biomedical scientist will also run the lab for you unless you want to do this yourself the training and certification is also required If you're still interested and have a business plan with a provisional budget I can look at it for you and advice you accordingly with regards to equipment, location and consumables Best wishes |

To set up a hospital or say a health care center you need three things; i) Money (fund) ii) Vision for the hospital iii) A plan (Business plan) https://www.ngbusiness.com.ng/hospital-business/ |
