Role: Project Co-Ordinator

Purpose:
We are looking for a passionate Project Co-Ordinator who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Project Management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned projects. Project managers will liaise between customers and sales teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Job-Specific Competencies
Functional: 
• Proven Project Management or other relevant experience.
• Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural/Electrical Engineering
• HSE Certification would be plus
• Experience in Telecom Infrastructure Domain will be preferred
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
