The discharge, the appeal and the rest are all game known and understood by the FG and Kanu. The elders have stepped into the situation and agreement has been reached to free Kanu on ground that he will keep calm. All what we are seeing now is just the process. At the end it will go the same way, no winner no looser but for peace to reign and in the interest of all, the two parties have agreed to shield their swords.

Your logic is baseless in law . You think appeal court didn't know he jumped bail and still discharged the case?

Try and learn and stop being sentimental.

Jumping bail or jumping fence makes no difference on how he crossed the border. No court will hear that case again untill he leaves the country and re-enter by him self .

Or fed govt allow him leave and immediately notify any country he lands for his arrest and start process of rendition legally .
