OKC22: There are coal all over Nigeria. The major problem we have is corruption. And with our inferior currency, selling coal to them will be a big loss on our path. We should learn to use coal for our own energy need to reduce to cost of living. 2 Likes |

Yes o they av come again, d stupid minister is here again to spread fake news and lies the same way they said tomato is more than enough that its even rotting that made dangote to open a tomato processing factory that has long been shut down cos its not true is d same lies they want t spread to the EU, how many tonnes of Coal do Nigeria produce, can Nigerian coal mine industry at present fill a 1,000 Standard Amazon Warehouse or tesla Industrial complex sized warehouse with Coal that can be exported? if it doesn't then we don't av sufficient coal to sale, even d oil, there's no pipeline from Nigeria dat gets to the EU like d Nordstream Pipeline, so Nigeria can't sale gas directly to its customers until Nigeria can build a direct pipeline to EU Nigeria can't be dependent upon to solve Europe's energy crisis, only Moscow can at this moment but with the leaking of pipeline it would take years before the Nordstream 1 and 2 goes live again |

The evil of white man, the stupidity of black man. The same coal they told us is impure source of energy and should not be used and we stupidly listen to them, same impure source of energy they have been using over there and still want to exploit us for same. Being black is a curse. |

riverbird: Nigeria is in perpetual darkness. No "light". Germany for example is currently firing up all its coal-powered power stations in direct response to Russia's expected gas blackmail this winter. This measure alone will reduce unemployment by 2 percent. Here, we are subjecting our people to darkness to punish the east. Enugu is awash with coal and Gas. One can only imagine with much consternation, what would have become of our severe epileptic power generation if subsequent regimes consequentially exploited Enugu coal as a direct source of fuel for power plants over the years as is still the practice in the rest of the developed world. Clean coal is the buzzword in Europe today, so doable. It's all good though. A child who says its mother will not sleep must also stay awake. This rain must fall on every man's roof. 2 Likes 1 Share |

BigBashiru: You have spoken well but don't also forget that with a country like Nigeria that has been ravaged by tribalism and hate amongst ethnic groups it will be very hard to archive a feet such as the one all the aforementioned countries archived....one ethnic group will readily make itself available to the foreigners as a tool to defeat the other and subdue it and in turn gets crumbs as payment 2 Likes |

If this Government was reasonable enough we could have utilized this War going on in Europe to Harness our Resources and turn Nigeria into a Productive Country.....but instead will gonna allow them to come and milk us our resources just as they did back in 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th Centuries. (They are Coming) The came with Bible and Qur'an to Preach Peace, they took our Cash crop like Cocoa, Palm Oil, Cotton, Groundnut etc.....to Developed and Revolutionized their Industries.......They became more Powerful, they hid their Sophisticated Knowledge of Technology from us but open our eyes more to Religion. (They are Coming) Today there's War going on in Europe, they'll come/they're coming in different forms to take our Resources as usual to Manufacture what we gonna purchase at Exorbitant Price. (They are Coming) Africans when are we going to Right this Wrong.....?? Why are we so beclouded with Regional/Ethnic and Religion Sentiment.......?? ( It means we don't have a Country yet..... different people living together, in a mere geographical area) We're Blessed with so many Natural Endowment but unfortunately we have more Unreasonable human being(Citizens) in black race as a whole. The ratio is 30/70 % it's just few that have sense. (They are Coming) I'm sure this Government is willing to let them come and Exploit our Resources once again instead of them to Collaborate and have a deal for them to train our people to have Knowledge of High Technology just like them.......we rather Syphon the Public Fund to Enriched our Private Lifestyle. I shed tears anytime and I'm thinking about this country, why are we so blessed with selfish and irrational Leaders in Africa......very useless set of people. They're coming for us, again and again......I don't know what they gonna use this time around to pacify/appease us........they used Bible and Qur'an in past.......what could it be this time around.......?? This call for a sober reflection. |
