Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyer,Ifeanyi Ejiofor, has revealed that the Federal Government has gone to the Supreme Court to try and over turn the Appeal Court judgment that discharged and released the IPOB leader He also said that the FG filed a stay of execution motion, to detain Kanu until the outcome of the Supreme court judgment, and that the motion whether to detain or release Kanu, will be heard on Monday the 24th of October
