From the day you are born into this failed state- you provide your own water,security, electricity and even education if you want quality. You only have your family,friends, church and mosque to come to your relief in times of need.

Most of the serious victims of the flood are in the middle belt and eastern states, so he is not worried. If this happened in the north West, it would have been a different ball game.
