Yes, those protests that you see on your social media or the internet are of South Africans trying to drive away illegal immigrants or those immigrants who commit crimes in SA, not just Nigerians.

It's just that you Nigerians like making too much noise and not everything is always about you.

Already we have our South African criminals that we need to deal with, but we can't properly do that if other African foreign nationals keep coming here and increasing the crime rate.

Some African foreign nationals would come to SA and not want to abide by the law, but immediately South Africans react, they're being accused of being xenophobic.

Now do you think that's fair? And please, don't be biased.
FREDCLSSICO7:

are you trying to say they've not been any form of xenophobic attacks on nigerian men over there in S.A

Nah it's not fair at all
I don't need to be biased here, you've already explained everything that need to be understood by me...

It's just unfortunate that some innocent African foreign nationals get caught up in the whole thing because it can be frustrating when the people have been asking for the government's intervention for a very long time but nothing is happening.

Some African foreign nationals want to benefit from the country's resources, but don't want to pay tax.

People end up taking matters into their own hands.

Hello Samantha123.... I’ve got a few questions ,
1 Is there any particular reason why SA has 3 different capitals ?..
2 Do you think the white minorities still secretly wish apartheid still exists ,.
3 Nigeria has strict anti-gay laws , so does that make South Africans see Nigerians as backward
Re: Here To Answer Any Question You May Have In Mind About South Africa by Nobody: 11:47pm On Dec 01, 2022
1. Cape Town is the legislative capital, Bloemfontain is the judicial capital, and Pretoria is the administrative capital.

2. Not all of them, but some still do wish it still exists.. When South Africa became a democratic republic, some whites decided to isolate themselves from the rest of South Africans by creating their own land in the Northern Cape province called Orania and they have their own laws, currency, schools, leader, shops, flag, and it's a land for the whites only.

3. South Africans don't really pay much attention on what's happening in other African countries, so whether you guys have anti- gay laws or whatever, they just don't really care because it doesn't concern them.

That's why I even signed up to nairaland because I didn't really know anything about you guys apart from the stories I'd hear about Nigerians who are here in SA.

Wow.... so you mean they have their own currency different from the general currencies of SA ?.. so what does the general public have to say about that , at least it’s understandable them secluding themselves , having their own laws and leaders , but the currency and flag part that’s like another country much like Lesotho
Re: Here To Answer Any Question You May Have In Mind About South Africa by Nobody: 9:04am On Dec 02, 2022
Yes, their currency is called Ora, while our currency is called Rand.

Well, most black South Africans are not really happy about it because it's like they're waiting for the country to have a white president again and try to convince him or her to recreate apartheid all over again.

If they wanted to seclude themselves from the entire black race, I think they should have just travelled to Europe and start a life there, but they don't believe that they have a home in Europe and they also don't like it when people call them white, they prefer to be called Afrikaners.

They see Africa as their only home, yet they're secluding themselves from Africans, which I find quite funny.. grin grin grin

Apparently they're only trying to preserve their Afrikaans culture and protect themselves from crime in SA.

SA men are not jealous, they're only trying to drive out illegal immigrants or migrants in general who come to SA and start committing crimes.

And it's not only SA men, but everyone.. Everyone has freedom of speech here.

It's not only about Nigerians.

Is this the lie you tell yourself to make you sleep at night?
What of the looting of shops? Are shops illegal in south Africa?

South Africans are lazy and get jealous when they see hardworking people progressing.

Firstly a person needs to understand South Africans before he or she can conclude that they're xenophobic.

We're not xenophobic, we just don't like it when illegal migrants or migrants in general come to SA and do illegal dealings.. it just happens that most of the nationalities who commit crimes in SA are either Zimbabweans or Nigerians.

Already we have our own criminals that we need to deal with.

There are some African foreign nationals, Nigerians included who are doing quite well in SA and have legit jobs.

Don't you have security to tackle it?

Are you saying that jungle justice is legalized in South Africa? Is there any discrimination in the attacks because most times they target shops during the attacks because south Africans are hungry.

By "react", you are saying killing of foreign nationals by south Africans is justified. You are equally saying that South Africa is a lawless county whose citizens are blood thirsty.

What then is the role of your law enforcement agency?
