it was part of it but not the main cause... the main cause is natural. it happens everywhere in the world.. flooding is a natural disaster dt happens once in a while. just dt adequate preparation b4 it begins reduces the casualty effect but you cant avoid flooding a natural disaster

Cameroom and Nigeria are not the only countries suffering from flood attacks
