Go by yourself and do small insights, you'll be surprised. The crazy thing is that Yoruba landlords in good areas of Lagos are now refusing to rent their house to fellow Yorubas. I was shocked when my colleague was looking for accommodation in Lagos and was complaining of this. In the end, I had to link him to my in-law who accompanied him to see the last landlord before the apartment was rented to him.
From what he was saying, landlords prefer renting to Igbos because it's only an Igbo man who would rent an apartment without tile and then tile the house with his own money.
