In this modern era of electroninc banking transfers, I doubt any government office keeps that large an amount of money on site.

WAEC exams are paid for online by electronic banking transfers. Those that pay in cash pay at a bank...and take receipt to the WAEC office. I doubt any WAEC official accepts cash anymore...this isn't the 1970s

Nah, not WAEC results....if people can print it electronically nowadays , then they are backed up electronically.

If WAEC is not backing up its exam records electronically, then their bosses need to take early retirement and return back in time to the 1970's. They would be comfortable there...
