PDP has lost another appeal. The court of appeal sitting in Jos has upheld the declaration of the PRP candidate, Mohammed Gwani, as the winner of the Jos North/Bassa federal constituency’s by-election. The court ruled out the appeal of the PDP to retain the seat, while INEC was ordered to issue the certificate of return to Gwani.
