If you say the indigenous people of Lagos State are the Awori, then the Awori are the Bini. We must put history in its right perspective. The right perspective is that Lagos does not belong to the Yoruba; it belongs to the Bini.

Why are you in a hurry to disassociate Tinubu from buhari? Is buhari now a failure? If he had succeeded, wouldn't you attribute to Tinubus ability to spot talent?

These are Tinubus words in 2015:

"His words at the time were; “Every nation has a period of their own challenges, when America was challenged, they turned to one great man, their ex-military general, General Eisenhower. When the French were challenged, they turned to their general, Charles de Gaulle.

“When Britain was challenged, they turned to their general. Today, Nigeria is economically and physically challenged so we turn to General Muhammadu Buhari. He is the right man for the job. If you talk about military experience, he has it abundantly, he has courage, simplicity, he has it abundantly.

“If you talk about great determination, a combination of vision and ability to perform, honesty and integrity, he has it abundantly.

“I laugh when the incapable government, ‘Poverty Development Party’ PDP were talking. They have nothing again to say, they now want to question the qualifications of General Buhari and look for his certificate”.

Buhari has tried his best. He has ruled NIGERIA at the worst time of crisis. Ebola and COVID pandemics have deatroyed economies including Nigeria. Then the Russian/Ukraine war with US sanctions. This has caused inflation in many countries. The price of petrol was $28/barrel when Buhari came in. In Jonathan era it was over $100/barrel. Jonathan left mountain of debts. And the insecurity got worse despite his best efforts. Despite all these, he is reducing the problem of banditry and Boko Haram now. He managed to build 2nd niger bridge from scratch. He built many roads and railways. He started social funds, NPower and many other schemes, school feeding program and many more. Despite all the economic misfortunes nigeria is doing well economically when compared to other nations. Street protests are taking place in many developed countries due to biting hardships etc. He has tried his best.

Why the hurry to disassociate buharis failure from Tinubu? Did Tinubu not know all these things before he made buhari president? So you saying Tinubu made an incompetent man president?

Tinubu, though very talented, is not a mind reader. Like the rest if us who supported Buhari to power, BAT believed PMB will lead well and progressively.

Alas, Buhari had his own private agenda. Non of us could get into his head and thinking to discern.

When we eventually gain the equipment to read minds then I will join you in your desperate effort to attach blame for leadership failure on supporters who voted candidates into power in the belief they will lead well.

Yes, thats what they do in Dubai, in Qatar, in Singapore etc. You only need good leaders that will provide an environment for growth and development. Britain was not built by British alone. Yet they will take all credit. Nobody asks you to come to Lagos and refused to develop your own state.
Why is Ekiti, Osun etc not like Lagos? No matter how you want to diminish years of development as a capital of Nigeria we know why? Again Nigeria is skewed, you too don't want other areas to develop. Leaked video of Yorubas lamenting about how Lagos will be dry if Igbos go exists ooo

So this is the reason, Tinubu fought tooth and nail to install Buhari on us , so as to divert Traffic from to the supposed Deep sea port project situated in Akwa-Ibom state which was to take off under Pres. Jonathan

Even if they construct from now till tomorrow, severe competition would spring up after 2023 polls in Nigeria. "We go know who be who for business and industry for 9ja" time will tell.
