To pray in the spirit is to set your mind on the holy spirit ,and to be led by him WHEN YOU PRAY .

The bible says " the disciples spoke as the spirit gave them uttetance .

And the bible says " the carnal mind is enmity with God .
Those who are in the flesh (whose mind is on the flesh ) can not please God . Rom 8 : 7-8 .

When we pray or worship and then set our minds on the flesh instead of the holy spirit
It is praying or worshipping In the flesh.

THE LORD said " God is a spirit ; those who worship God must worship in spirit and in truth .
To worship in the spirit is to be mindful of the spirit WHEN YOU WORSHIP
to worship in truth is to be guided and lead by the spirit WHEN YOU WORSHIP .

for the lord told the disciples saying
"When the holy spirit -the spirit of truth as come he will guide (lead) you into all truth for he is the spirit of truth."
for the spirit leads us according to the will of God.

To pray or worship in the spirit is to set our mind on the holy spirit ,and then pray and worship as he Leads us .

Different realms in the spirit world

Gaining entry into the supernatural plane by any other means other than Christ is to remain in the mirror/lower planes.

There are different planes.
Paul talks about the supernatural planes. 2 Corinth 12:1-3.

Paul says, "far above" principalities and powers". Eph 1:21.

David calls mount zion on the nort-most side of the supernatural plane the city of God. Psalm 48:2.

God occupies this plane, that is why he is called the most high. Lucifer aspired to become the most high by ascending higher than God. Isa 14:14

Jesus is the only way to get to where God is. John 14:6.
Any other supernatural plane that you go into without passing through Jesus can be anything but not the 'spiritual' world where God who is a spirit and father of all spirits dwells. John 4:24, Hebrews 12:9.

In Luke 16:19-26, it's obvious the rich man when he died went to somewhere that is not heaven.

What exactly has this verse you posted here to do with this here topic of yours?

1. What do you mean by set your mind on the holy spirit? Where did Jesus Christ even suggest that this is what needs doing?

2. Be mindful of the spirit? What does it mean to be mindful of the spirit? Again, where did Jesus Christ state that one need be mindful of the spirit?

3. Set your mind on the Holy Spirit? Where in the Gospels did Jesus Christ make any of the claims you continue to make? In all the passages where Jesus Christ spoke of the Helper taking over in His place - John 14 vs 15 - 27 & John 15 vs 25 - 26 & John 16 vs 4 - 15-, Jesus Christ never instructed His followers to do any of what you stipulate here so where does this list of yours come from?
