My Laptop is restarting and turns off for no reason while on, it sometimes doesn't boot and the setup (f2 menu) does not function properly it will stay there for some few moments and the screen will display some bad lines and the laptop will shut off again.

It won't even format at all when you get to the place to format the drive the laptop shut off.

The laptop is:
Dell Vostro 3400 (End of Life)
Core i3
3 Gb ram (But I upgraded it to 4GB)
