Ifeanyi Adeleke who only recently marked his 3rd birthday reportedly drowned in his father’s Banana Island swimming pool and was rushed to Lagoon Hospital on Bourdillon road, Ikoyi, Lagos where he died on Monday, October 31. Sources have it that he was already dead at the his body got the hospital. The doctor tried all he could to revive the young prince but it was all in vain .

An Instagram recent post by comedian Ayo Makun popularly known as AY seemingly confirmed the incident in the early hours of Tuesday 1st october 2022.

Makun wrote in the post, “The death of a child is unnatural, unfair and tragic. This hits me so bad.”

While some of his fellow entertainers like actress, Eniola Badmus and serial entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani posted the picture of a broken heart emoji on their social media pages which they later pulled down, others like former Big Brother Naija reality star, Dorathy Bachor, expressed shock at the news.

Ifeanyi’s death occurred four years after another singer DBanj lost his first child in a very similar circumstance in his residence oversees.

Its a hard time for the 30BG family and the news is confirmed . Ifeanyi's instagram account has been made private and we all know what that could imply . Is the industry safe or can we call it carelessness on the path of the parents ?
