My main advice will be 'JUST BE YOURSELF'. I can't over-emphasize that. The AC is a grueling all-day event, and it's extremely difficult to put up a 'front' all through. So for consistency sake, be real and be original all the way and leave the rest to God.

It's almost impossible to put up a façade. Between apprehension, "stress" and just the grueling nature of the screening, the "real" you will filter through.

Just to juggle my memory, we're you Business or Engineering? I remember more of the Business guys than the engineering folks. Feel free to ignore if you aren't comfortable answering. I totally understand if you choose not to answer

If I recall correctly, it was those kinds of interviews where they ask "Tell us about a time when you had to implement a change in your operating process". I had mine almost 7 years ago so I may not remember things accurately. But I know I used the STAR method.
