Network providers are not charity organizations, they are into business, for them to keep your data in their database, you need to contribute to the network providers through recharge cards... Even if you're outside Nigeria, you can still use your Nigeria sim card through "Roaming" depending on the relationship between our local network providers and the foreign country network provider you are.

Service providers buy diesel, pay salaries, maintain offices etc.. So a token of 1k naira per year won't kill us.

We want develop country like western world, let us follow their steps to achieve that as well..

This is not to say I don't know what's being implied here. But let me just wait for other Nigerians to come rain insults on MTN first, make I laugh small.

If half of their subscribers boycott their services for a month. Wisdom will dawn on them.

I don't understand why organizations arrive at policies without using their brain. My mum wanted to do transfer from 1st bank to another bank. She said they won't give her audience because of the sum she's transferring. I asked her for the sum, she said 82k, I told her I will show them vawulence at counter.

Getting there, the teller she approached said, ma, you can use your phone to transfer it. I screamed at him and every teller there.

Expecting 80 year old woman to be doing her bank transfers online is wickedness. Is it every youth that has a smartphone? Is it everyone that has data? How can you tell me that you attend to customers transferring 200k and above?

They brought out transfer form. Yes, the problem was not caused by those tellers. The useless bank came up with stupid and unfriendly policies.

Let us boycott mtn for a month and see who wins.
