I blame the Nigeria systems in all this rubbish.
In Kenya the time frame between election and swearing in is 3 weeks and and election court case must be treated within those 3 weeks. But in Nigeria someone will lose election and he will be allowed to stay in office for good 3 months, what do you think he will be doing? He will be stealing, he will use the state resources to manipulate the judges and lawyers, he will even use that time to bribe the electoral body.
It is only in Nigeria that an election court case can last for 5 years while the tenure of the official is 4 years.
