Why Tinubu Isn't Finding It Easy Anymore by Naira20: 2:04pm On Nov 02, 2022 |
It may surprise many how Tinubu is struggling to sway Lagosians.Truth is, he or his party are not sure of winning Lagos state whether in the gubernatorial or presidential elections. His initial strategy that has always worked like magic is, make his opinions look like it's the opinion of all the Yorubas in Lagos. Whenever, dissenting voices emerge they quickly tag it the opinion of the igbos. He makes it look like all Lagosians agree with him except some troublesome usurpers from the SE. When Peter Obi emerged, he thought it's no-brainer.Just tag him an Igbo project. Peter Obi seems to be ordered by Divine Wisdom. He changed the dynamics and exposed Tinubu. He took the battle away from Tinubu's area of political competence- Fighting dirty. This simple trick made many who seemed to be silenced to start asking Tinubu and his stooges to account for the past 23years.As we all know, this has forced Tinubu to run from interviews. The OBIdients are not making life any easier as they constantly haul a deluge of debilitating campaign that reduces Tinubu. Facts There are many Yorubas who don't agree with Tinubu and would prefer a Peter Obi over Tinubu. Lagosians more than ever are willing to extricate themselves from anything Tinubu in this coming elections. Yorubas are not daft to allow a crook like Tinubu misrepresent us. I agree the support could have been different if Prof. Yemi Osinbajo was the one presented but Tinubu is on his own. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

Don't mind them. It's more painful when we tell ourselves the Truth. When two siblings enter a room for a tete a tete and they come out smiling, they've not told themselves the Truth. They want to portray every Yooba man as a bigot and coward but that won't happen. Tinubu is a goner socialmediaman: |

This was how Peter Obi finishes PDP in Anambra. Very unconventional politicking outside the knowledge areas of his opponents. Tinubu thought it will be a matter of "fighting dirty". 1 Like |

Naira20: Even though you told many lies in your write up, the biggest lie you told was the bolded. SE have always hated and voted against yorubas everywhere they found themselves. They hated Obafemi Awolowo. Even while I was a student in the university, they always campaign and voted against yorubas and Osinbajo or Tinubu would have had the same experience 5 Likes 1 Share |

I am from SW and I supported Obi over Tinubu. Ever since I took that bold step to support Obi? The useless Yoro Muslim tag me Igbo. I ask again, why is it that anyone not supporting Tinubu or supporting Peter Obi is termed/called Igbo? Tinubu supporters have nothing to campaign with except tribalism. Vote Wisely 3 Likes |

How people wake up to collate dumb write ups should be studied in the university. If you want to take your time to create a topic then make it worthwhile. Let’s assume that you are a leader right now, will you take a credit if we call you a hardworking leader because judging by your write ups you are just a lazy writer and a weak bone who’s intellectually slow You can’t even sound coherent with your writings. Lagos is in the bag for Sanwo Olu. Our target is bigger than Lagos right now! |

PeterObi4LP:And something they don't understand is ,the more they keep tagging every critic as ibo, the more tinubu keeps losing voters on a daily basis including Yoruba voters who could have voted for him. They are making the candidacy of tinubu to look like a purely Yoruba matter that doesn't need any other region vote to succeed 2 Likes |

PeterObi4LP: Only a confirmed omo ale will refer to a fellow Yoruba as "Yoro Muslim" And you still have the guts to say some people are campaigning with tribalism. You are not even bold enough to mention your true identity. |
