Modu Sheriff in the picture you posted was the one that transfered and gave power to Shettima after he finished his tenure

In politics everybody is playing a game. That's the point. How can you deceive a professional footballer into thinking he is playing ludo when he is in fact playing football? Everybody knows everyone's game. If the first round of the elections is inconclusive wait for the games that will follow.
