Come and invest in our dry season rice scheme.
Rice is proving to be the new gold.
Processing factories are spring up everyday.
Demand for raw rice keeps soaring.
Here is the deal:
Farmers are seeking loans either in form of cash or inputs to carry out dry season rice farming.
You can negotiate the term of the loan anyhow you want it provided you will be investing something reasonable.
For example, some farmers agreed to give an investor 4bags of paddy each weighing 75kg for every 50k loan.
And this particular investor gave out 1m to the farmers.
That's a total of 80bags of paddy for 1m for the investor.
If you know the current price of paddy and what the price might be in 4 months time when the investor will receive his paddy, you will agree with me this is a very good investment.
The loan duration is only 4 months.
Any loan given out now will be due to be repaid back according to negotiated agreement in February or early March.
Don't leave to free cash in banks.
Inflation is devaluing any cash you leave in bank.
1m will not be able to buy in a few months time what it can buy today.
So it will be wise to tie your money in commodities.
This is a really nice opportunity to make crazy profit.
This is just a rough summary of the whole scheme.
