A law firm in Ikoyi needs a female front desk officer (for gender balance) who is social media savvy and can create intelligent online content. As the ‘face’ of the company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills.

Job Description:
- Manage the switchboard.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Answer all client inquiries and direct to necessary employee.
- Ensure decorum and orderliness is maintained at the front office.
- Maintain a neat and comfortable front office.
- Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service.
- Ensure the necessary office supplies are purchased by office assistants.
- Creating and posting intellectual content on the company’s social media handles.
- Receive all correspondence and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Maintain records and files.
- Scanning and printing of documents.

Requirements:
- BSc in any field or a relevant qualification.
- Completed NYSC
- Between the ages of 25 – 30 years.
- A minimum of 1-year proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Eloquent in speech and looks.
- Applicant must reside in Ikoyi, VI, Lagos Island, Lekki, Iyana-oworo, Ogudu or its environs.
