Gallybounce:
Hello guys , Few months ago , I asked for you guys advice on my building project. I later roofed it and the house is 75% completed . I have some landed properties too

I’ve been able to save around 4m( including money people owe me) .
I sell cars and lands for rural area. I be ambassador . U can contact me if you want to buy grin no be free o grin
I’m also into arbitrage and house agents.
I barely have time tbh .

I’m 25 years, and I still live with my parents . ( I take care of 90% of the bills for house. Trust me I spend so much keeping the house running. ) and I’ve recently started my degree program though it’s part time (200 levels) . but the thing is that I want to move out of my parents house . I feel like I’m not growing enough as I want. And yes it’s not because of promiscuity, I have a girlfriend and my parents are cool with that . None of my friends are living with their parents at this age .
I don’t have privacy.
Now I will have completed the house and moved into it, but the place is still developing and far from urban center. ( although the place has prospect) , it was my mom that convinced me to develop the site. Anyway I’m glad i did even though I feel am for body .

I have my reason for bringing stuff like this to nairaland , I believe some of you have once been in this kind of situation and having read lots of stories here on nairaland , I don’t want to regret later in future .

My plan now on the money is
1. Japa ( honestly I don’t know which country and I’m average educationally but trust me I have marketing skills o. I mean I can sell anything in a short period of time )
2. Move out of my parent house , get apartment and buy a small car grin then continue by job .

3. Start developing one of my other lands ( one is in a fast developing area).
4. Buy more lands
5. Start gas/boutique / pos business but to be honest I’m not good at stuff like that.
Note : I travel a lot and the company I work for takes care of my expenses in that regard.

I make between 200k-1.2/1.5/1.7m monthly depends on how much sales I make. ( my combined earning in a month from different jobs).

Personally, I'm in a similar situation myself

But there are a few differences

I want you to give more details as to why you need to move out, give more insight

And the state you're based in
