I thought of that as well because inec registration is still ongoing, how is it possible to send availability check without concluding registration first.

I called the inec State Rep. And told me they are not the sender that I should hold for proper information.

I got the message today from INEC press Ad-hoc. I filled the form and submitted. The response was: Your response has been received. Please note that this is not a guarantee that you have been shortlisted.
I'm certain the mail is from INEC. They are already making plans for the training of Ad-hoc staff which may take place btw December and January.
