I'm seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join a fast-growing QSR at Yum Yum Cafe in Ijegun! If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to success, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.

2. Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

3. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to prevent shortages or overages.

4. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant, kitchen, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.

5. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to continually improve the overall customer experience.

6. Ensure that customers are well-served and enjoy a pleasant dining experience, with a conducive dining ambience.

7. Supervise staff to ensure compliance with set standards, company policies, and procedures.

8. Analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

9. Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to increase revenue and achieve sales budgets.

10. Ensure that products are produced according to Bukka Hut’s recipes and are checked for quality before being displayed for sale.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in a QSR.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

4. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, health regulations, and financial management.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Salary: NGN 185,000 gross

If you want to work with a global company next year, check the list of Fortune 500 companies or Inc’s best Workplaces to work

1. Read their annual report
2. Take note of their thematic solutions. A lot of companies often include this in their report
3. Make sure you are following them on LinkedIn and activate the “I will like to work for this company” option
4. Connect with at least 5 decision makers at your dream companies (CEO, COO, VP of sales, recruiters or CMO)
5. Engage with their posts. Share and drop your opinions. My hack is to oppose their sentiments but with facts and critical analysis. You don’t have to always accept their opinions
