I dabbled into dog breeding as an undergraduate; however, I have been very familiar with dogs from a very young age, but i only took it seriously as a business in 2015 when i got my first dog, a german shepherd. I will say it has been a great experience so far. I have seen and experienced a lot in the business, which has made to understand that one of the problems faced as a dog breeder, marketer and trainer needs a safe and trusted space where sellers and buyers can transact without fear of being scammed, especially Nairaland. So i have created this thread to stand on a solid foundation of trust, reliability and safety for pet sellers and buyers. However, there are terms, conditions and policies by which this thread will abide to affirm the establishment and imperishability of this thread. #PALPAWS_NG By John Omotayo Terms and conditions 1. Everyone who wants to sell a pet on this thread must be verified before posting any pets for sale . 2. The use of derogatory or abusive words is not allowed. 3. Unverified or Unauthorized adverts will be reported as SPAM. 4. This thread is strictly for Buying and selling pets and all Pets related talk. Policy: 1. To ensure a safe transaction, Palpaws Ng will be active as an escrow. This means whoever wants to purchase or sell a dog must pay to John Omotayo's (Jteewhy) account, the creator of Pet sales and talks Palpaws NG thread, which will attract a sum of #2,000.00 per transaction. 2. Both buyer and seller must indicate by sending a thumbs-up emoji to affirm that both parties have agreed to every term and condition on this thread. 3. Buyer and seller must also state the terms and conditions they both settled on transacting ( purchase of the pet) to shun all sorts of misconceptions. 4. A clear picture( 3-4 pics) and video(not less than 20sec) of the pet must be shared amongst the buyer, seller and Palpaws Ng. Note: The picture and video must be same-day, showing the dog's current condition per the day the transaction occurs. Also, the seller should share the picture and video of the pet at conveyance amongst buyers, sellers and Palpaws Ng customer service.[/i] 5. The means of the waybill must be verified or certified (the waybill must be verified and certified safe in conveying pets). 6. The contact of the driver/delivery personnel conveying the pet must be sent to Palpaws customer service for further confirmation.
