Bro, North cannot fight SE,SW, SS and Middle belt if the elected leaders from those regions unitedly agitate for what is shown below.

Let's face the truth. It is hatred of each other in the South, that means we can never unite for the common good, that is the problem.

If not , what is the North? The region with worst human development index in the world? Northerners have led Nigeria longest but never progressively.

latest example is Buhari many Southerners invested in yet he showed he could not rise above nepotistic and ethnocentric parochialism.

Northern children are sent to beg in Southern Nigeria, and even across West Africa, once they can physically walk and talk circa age 2-3.Yet Northern leaders insist they must always lead Nigeria when they cannot evolve and emancipate their own people beyond being the most wretched in the world. Is it not time we get sense in the South.

Even if we hate ourselves in the South, is it not time we unite for one final project of liberating ourselves from the regression of the North by insisting uncompromisingly on regional governance?

Even the North will thank us in ten years because a man who has nowhere else to run to has to help himself and rely on his own strenght. Northerners need to be denied the safety net of 'one Nigeria' largesse so they can become creative, progressive and more socio-economically productive.

Nigeria's salvation lies in all of us sacrificially making the right choices for a brighter future but I understand your point about the North frustrating the push for regional governance.

Up to the rest of us to make them accept it for our good and theirs. We cannot continue like this. Nigeria is on course to be worse than Afghanistan.

I am never confident Nigeria, unless we take drastic and brave measures, cannot descend into the ethnic strife that led to the terrible genocide the world witnessed in Rwanda not too long ago.

The followers in those countries are not laid-back like us and looking for easy ways of all situations in life. Recently everybody in France trooped out on the streets of Paris to protest the inflation which has been reducing the purchasing power of the people there. Here, we only make noise on social media and do anything to survive - fraud, hoarding dollars, cheating others, etc.

After the protest in France what happened? After the Arab spring, what happened? After the Lekki toll gate protest, what happened? After the wall street protest in the US, what happened? Nigerians have protested bad leadership just like any other people. But then, name one country that got better because of protests.

Nigeria cant work, it doesnt matter if you bring the devil or an angel to rule Nigeria. There is something called "incompatible differences", meaning that the world view of people are at polar opposites. In other words, how a Yoruba sees things, is not how an Igbo man sees it, nor how a Hausa/Fulani man will see it

This means that all three will keep fighting forever, no matter who is President, until either of two things happen

Nigeria disintegrates and everyone goes their own way, nothing to fight about any more

Nigeria is structured in such a way that everyone has their own area where they control much of what happens, and they dont have to fight at the centre because the centre is weak. This way, everyone can see things however they like in their own area.

Without either of these two things happening, the area today known as Nigeria will neither see peace or progess

It's not about disintegration, it's about the nature of the Black Man attitude when in Africa.

Take for instance both Moslem in the North or Yoruba whether Christian or Moslem or an Igbo man from the East or an Efik Man can unite ànd have one looting goal and be highly successful at it.

In the looting transaction you will not hear the name " Afonja" or "Flat headed" you will not hear "Iragbiji orchins" you will not hear "Obi supporters".

They will never mention the Holly Bible or the Holy Quran. They will never mention you are from the East or from Ijaw as such the share of the loot will be small.

None of the above will ever be mentioned.

You know why they are bound with one unifying factor and that is the quest for looting.

So its not whether your from Oodua Republic or Biafra or Arewa republic.

It's about responsibility. Its an attitude problem and has nothing to do with region.

The same looter in Nigeria will Japa and become an expert in his or her field in Europe or America.

So its an attitude problem. Unless we change our attitude we will continue to remain like this whether Peter Obi rules or Atiku or BAT.
