A colleaque was arrested by policemen on the ground that the document of his car carry all information about the car except the engine no." DO" was written in place of where engine no suppose to be,though he bought the car as second hand. So my quesstion is that what can he do to avert such reoccurence from the police in future and as a person that want to by a car,what vital documents do someone really need when buying a car. Your input will be appreciated.
