If you work for the onion producing outfit where you can be certain company earning has gone up pro rata the price of onion, then fine. If you work in a school where the fees, and by extension, the revenue, is still the same, then you are asking for a sack letter and not increment. It is more sensible of the squeezed worker to start onion farming on the side to augment his 50k salary. Your salary is not a function of your expenses. The dynamics of every outfit are different. |

PediakAuthor:that's impossible. Take FG for example, can inflation help increase the money the FG makes from crude sales? It can't and therefore FG has to maintain salary level while inflation takes effect. |
