Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Prepare, update and present accounts receivable, and issue invoices.
Daily posting of invoice on invoice schedule as well as monitor outstanding invoice weekly and monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Prepare quotations, send report and visit customers if need be
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Response to customer mails, complains and providing solutions to there questions
Assist with reviewing and updating of expenses, salary schedule and payroll records etc. as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Prepare and submission of all government tax filings
Assist with other accounting projects/ works as assigned
