Good morning all, pls a got an appointment letter with one bank as executive trainee marketing, full staff ,I have bsc business admin.... on six months probation the salary is around 150k.. .. what is the possibility that I will be confirm after six month ? Is my work same as DSA contract staffs, is our mode of operation and target same with the contract staff popularly know as direct sale agent .. I will resume first week of December... Thanks
