Are you not proving the young man right. In civil matters you can forfeit sums as deductions especially tax related issues. In Germany in you mistakenly or naturally sums that are supposed to be deducted at source, if they are not deducted and you do not pay it.. If it is discovered after 10 years you will still pay the tax plus the interest accrued over those years. that is exactly what I see happened there with Tinubu..
