The armed wing of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Eastern Security Network said to release a special squad code-named 'Snipers'. This is coming at a time the embattled leader and director of Radio Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is being detained for a close two-year at the Department of State Service (DSS) amid a series of orders requesting his release. The video sighted by Scanned News social desk indicates a number of individuals appear to be undergoing paramilitary training in an undisclosed location.
