One Court would say Primary election is internal business of the party. Another Court would hear Case instituted by opposing party.

I sometimes wonder how Amaechi, in spite of all his experience in politics, still makes kindergarten mistakes in elections. From his spat with Magnus Abe, to having no valid APC candidate in the 2019 general elections, and now to this. If INEC does not observe your primary, it's a futile exercise. He's my best Rivers State governor ever, but his constant silly mistakes in elections is just annoying. He's singlehandedly giving the state over to a man who has never been seen in public!

He is an arrogant politician and that is his undoing.
