Bata Youth Development Association (BAYDA) led by TIC Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Aliyu (Labasa) paid a courtesy visit to the 14th Emir of Lafiagi, HRH, Alhaji Mohammed Kudu Kawu I.. BAYDA President, Builder Manko Kudu Mohammed Pututa introduced the Excutives and notable members, and brief His Royal Highness on the core mission and vision of the association.. The President said further that the association seek for the Royal Blessing of Mai Martaba, Lafiagi Emirate and His Royal permission to operate the association.. Secondly, the President, BAYDA stated the theme, that the education of Lafiagi ward IV has been backward, and the association which cut across all settlements designed strategies to improve and reform the education. He added again, that the aim and objectives was not restricted to Lafiagi Ward IV, but also to other wards (I, II, III). The Royal Father was impressed and expressed his satisfaction with the association. The Emir charged BAYDA to do more on sensitization of educational impact, enlightened people on health implications of unhygienic environment, campaigning against Drug abuse and Youth violence. High Royal Highness blessed the Association and encouraged the Youth to venture into vocational skills and Entrepreneurship. The TIC Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Aliyu gave the vote of thanks to our Royal Father and concluded the meeting with Closing Prayer..
